Iron golem placement bug

Iron golem placement bug:

What I expected to happen was...:
A normal Iron Golem whould spawn when I placed it right

What actually happened was...:
Nothing spawned...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the pumpkin first
2. Then place the Iron Blocks
3. The Iron Golem wont spawn
