Nether portal chunk loading broke

In Minecraft after 15 ticks since you threw an item in it or you left the nether the chunk would unload.

 

When you throw an item in a nether portal in 1.14 every 14 ticks it didn´t unoaded in but in 1.15 snapshots it does and a consistent item stream would lag the game
