I can't start Minecraft Java from the Minecraft Launcher

since yesterday the launcher sends me notifications of updates to do, since after making them , minecraft no longer opens (from the launcher), that is, makes a load that after a short time crashes. in the attachment there is a screenshot of the crash. please help me
