When bees are exiting their hive they will sometimes appear inside of a block if the block is next to the front of the hive killing the bee

When bees are exiting their hive they will sometimes appear inside of a block if the block is next to the front of the hive killing the bee

What I expected to happen was...:
The bee should exit right in front of the hive.

What actually happened was...:
The bee exited the hive spawning in a block killing itself. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a hive in the corner of a room 
2. room is made of solid blocks that can suffocate.
3. the bee will exit the hive occasionally spawning in the wall killing itself.
