If you have RandomTickSpeed at max commands do not occur (19w44a)

so basically i turned on my minecraft snapshot suvival world and i had no bones or bone meal so i turned on randomtickspeed an when i wanted to turn it off it did not work so i tried to go to creative mode and BOOM nothing happened so idk what to do... please help and fix this
