Rendering Issue In Statistic Menu

In the Items tab of the statistics menu, the name of the item renders behind the item.

How to replicate:
Go to statistics and hover over an item or block. Observe the item is in front of the text. This can take place on the block/item you're hovering over or to the block/item above it if you position the cursor correctly.
