Double animations/sounds when punching redstone wire that is currently changing it's powered length

1. Run a 1 tick clock.
2. Punch the wire as it's flashing on and off.
-About half the time you'll get double the redstone wire breaking graphics and sounds. You still only get the 1 dust back.
