My game can't charge server's chunks

Since 3 days, my game can't charge chunks of multiplayer server's, i see some blocks around me but the rest is invisible. No matter, the pc i use, the version, if the game is modded or not.. Nothing change. I reinstal the game, i delete all files, i renitialise my PC and nothing change. But a friend can use my account and for him it works..

 

What I expected to happen was...:
I think the game started to bug after the installation of the mod Twilight Forest. And know the game does'nt want to play anymore.

What actually happened was...:
The chunks does'nt charge around me but if i move , the chunks in the direction charge but the opposit disapear.

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know how can i reproduce it. I don't how it appeared..

 

Please, tell me ypu can do something or tell me how i can contact the staff or someone who can really help me, so don't close my demand before giving me a real response !
