Client disconnect from server because of scoreboard

While on a server If you set up a scoreboard to show your health below your name and die when you try to join back into the game you get "Connection Lost End of Stream". It also kicks all other players from the game when you die.

Commands Used:
/scoreboard objectives add Health health
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay belowName Health

Couldn't find the errors in the log file so I took a picture.
