Night Vision causing blue tint on UI

I recently made a 19w42a world and usually in worlds, I give myself infinite night vision. While doing this in 19w42a, i was looking through the creative inventory and pause menu and noticed that everything was light cyan. I even quit the world and the start screen was also blue tinted.
