Everything in the UI has a shade of blue when night vision is applied.

I was working on a enderman farm in a creative world, when I suddenly realized that my hotbar looked very blue, and once I saw that, I realized that the entire UI was blue, because I had night vision effect on me. When I got rid of the night vision effect, the blue tint went away. To replicate, simply go into a creative world and give yourself night vision.
