Can't equip pigs, horses, mules, donkeys, llamas with saddles or horse armor using a dispenser

Expected Behavior
While players and armor stands can be equipped with armor using a dispenser, this doesn't work for animals

Current Behavior
The dispenser ejects the horse armor or saddle. This is inconsistent with dispensing other entities.
