Barrels don't generate LootTable when broken

Barrels don't drop their Loot Table if it hasn't been generated before breaking the barrel.

How to reproduce:

• /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:barrel{LootTable:"minecraft:chests/buried_treasure"}
• Break the Barrel without opening it => No Drops
