Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V naming books and § after book title in Arabic

You can't use Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V while naming a book. What I mean is that I can't paste a name for my book, neither copy it (that is because Ctrl+A is not even possible), but at least Ctrl+V in it would be great.

And I get this § after my book title in Arabic. The screenshot is in attachment (note it's out of the purple-ish bordered box).

I'm getting this error while trying to attach the screenshot:
"Cannot attach file Untitled.jpg: Unknown server error (504)."
