Player ping indicator uses the same textures as the server list ping indicator

The icons.png file under "\assets\minecraft\textures\gui\icons.png" has 2 ping bar icons, it would make sense that the top on should be used for the players list and the bottom one with the blue animation for the servers list but currently both use the bottom icons and I think the top one are unused.
