Illusioner hood layer is no longer dark

The bug

Due to the development of the Java Edition's render engine called Blaze3D, the illusioner's hood layer is no longer dark in 19w42a. In previous versions like in 1.14.4, the hood layer would be darker than what it looks like in the latest snapshot.
