Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a witch and damage it a couple of times.
2. Wait until it holds a potion in its hand.
3. Stand to the side of the witch so that it looks in your direction.
4. Take note as to whether or not the position of potions held by witches is determined by their head rotation.

Observed Behavior:

The position of potions held by witches is determined by their head rotation.

Expected Behavior:

The position of potions held by witches would not be determined by their head rotation. Instead, it should be determined based on its arm rotation.
