Villager mating

I dont know, if someone already posted this, atleast i did not find it on any list in search

 

Maybe this is bug or maybe i dont know how mating now works...

Story: Basic villager farm with farmers and food, inside walls in safety, they pick food, throws to each other hearts are flying but then - anger particles, from one of two villagers and it stops,but they still throw food to each other at start i thinked there is no doors in village ( farm is based in village in mountain region) but there is almost 15 houses with doors and beds , i even maked new beds around farm place, but still there is anger particles and nothing happens...

 

To recreate : I dont even know, just make any basic farm for villager farm... and wait 2 days till food grows ... they pick it up replant but not mating..
