Banner pattern crafting recipes are not unlocked when you have that banner pattern in your inventory

The Banner Pattern Recipe Unlock only appears when you get the certain item to make the banner pattern and not when you already have the banner pattern.

Replicate

• Go in Creative
• Get any Banner Pattern (Notice how it doesn't give the Recipe Unlock)
• Get a Banner Pattern Specific Item like a Creeper Head (Notice how it gives the Banner Pattern Recipe Unlock)
