Bees pathfinding doesn't work properly when stuck inside/encased in end rods
The bug
When a bee is positioned inside an end rod and trying to fly towards an adjacent end rod, their pathfinding and AI does not function as expected.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Run this command to place down numerous end rods
/fill ~1 ~1 ~1 ~-1 ~ ~-1 minecraft:end_rod[facing=up]
- Spawn a bee inside the center of the end rods (Push the bee around if necessary until it gets stuck)
Observed Results:
The bee will start flying forward until it gets stuck on an end rod, to which it will keep flying into it.
Expected Results:
The bee would properly navigate it's way out of the end rods.

Notes:
- This was partially fixed in
MC-189111where bees would wander into end rods at random and get stuck, but that is no logner the case. They properly avoid getting stuck and will navigate out of facing a single end rod now. This issue is specifically when the bee is occupying the space of an end rod, and flying towards an adjacent end rod (See the video attached)
