Dispensers eject an additional empty bottle when filled with empty bottles and filling one bottle with honey

The bug

When a dispenser is filled with nine stacks of single empty bottles, it ejects an additional empty bottle when filling one of the bottles with honey.

This only happens if the dispenser faces down or east.
