Why can't I turn on minecraft?

When I want to start the minecraft launcher
a circle appears next to the cursor for loading.
However, it disappears after a while. To fix Minecraft Launcher I tried to remove all texure packs. I thought it was only a temporary game error, but it has been going on for 5 days. Because of this, I can't play my favorite game anymore. From day to day when a mistake arose I still played. the next day I couldn't start the application.
What happened?
