Charcoal counts as Coal when discovering Campfire

Charcoal counts as Coal when discovering the Campfire recipe despite being two different items for crafting.

Replicate
*Pre-make or get a Campfire

• Do /recipe take @p campfire (Notice how it doesn't say campfire_with_coal or charcoal)
• Make a campfire with Coal
• Then make a campfire with Charcoal (Notice how it doesn't show up how to make a campfire again)
• Do /recipe take @p campfire again
• Make campfire with Charcoal
• Then make Campfire with coal (Notice how the campfire doesn't show up again)
