Horses who previously had saddles no longer do. Reverting to 19a does not bring the saddles back.

I had 5 or 6 horses with saddles. After upgrading to 13w21a the saddles were gone. Tried to revert back to 13w19a to regain the saddles, but it did not work. They are gone.
