Toggle shift affects creative mode flying. (grass texture looks weird)

When selecting toggle shift, it will act as if you are holding shift while flying.

If this is on purpose, I think a way to disable this would be nice

because I (and many other people probably) do find this quite annoying.

 

Also, the grass texture looks weird in ui.

 

I'm on snapshot 19w41a, I am not sure if this is only on my device.
