I dont get damaged by falling great heights, or drowing, of by lava

I dont get damaged by falling ,lava, or drowning

What I expected to happen was...:
To die by these causes

What actually happened was...:
My health meter didnt react at all or changed

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go in lava
2.Fall a great height
3.Drown
