Horses and Donkeys lose Saddles and Armor when updating from 13w19a to 13w21a

I have a SMP server that uses the latest snapshots and when I updated to 13w21a from 13w19a, all the horses and donkeys on our server lost their saddles and armor. We have reverted back to the old save and snapshot till the bug is fixed.
