Firework plays hand animation when used

Dear Mojang,

The firework animation for the snapshot is wrong, (I think). In 1.14.4, the firework in your hand moves down then up when used while flying with elytra. In the snapshot 19w41a however, the firework moves forward then back. The pictures will explain it better! I love the nether update by the way!
