Minecarts cause constant noises when in a honey block

If there's a minecart on a rail which is facing a honey block and you nudge the minecart into the honey block to a point where the minecart is visible in the transparent part of the honey block, it starts making the honey block sound forever. It doesn't happen to the slime block so I assume it's a glitch.
