Honey block front outline is transparent

What I expected to happen was...:
The front outline when you look at a honey block should be black

What actually happened was...:
The front outline of the honey block was transparent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a Minecraft world
2. Get a honey block
3. Put it down in a light area

4. Stand at a corner of the honey block

5. Put your crossair on the honey block

6. Have light behind the place you are looking at

7. Look at the front outline of the honey block

8. You will properly see the front outline is transparent

9. Report this bug too so Mojang will see.
