The lever texture in the inventory, hotbar, and in your hand is broken

The lever texture, when seen in the inventory, hotbar, and when being held in your hand has a black texture fill in what is normally transparent space. This also affects it being held in your hand, which looks like holding a icon instead of a lever.

This also applies to cake, bell, all types of signs, and cauldrons
