Translucent Custom Block Textures are BUGGED!

In Snapshot 19w40a, I was doing a Hogwarts Map, involving invisible Item Frames and Invisible Sign, and it seems to not render correctly. To Item Frames, a black background appears. To the invisible sign, a white background appears. This is unintended behavior.
