Some transparent blocks' outline are blue instead of black.

When I point to a honey block or a slime block the outline is black only on the parts, behind whose isn't sky. Elsewhere it is blue as the sky is(or maybe grey, but it doesn't have the same color everywhere. For example cobweb has black outlines even when I look at it from below.
