Much lower FPS compared to 1.14.4

FPS is marginally lower in the same world in the same spot compared to 1.14.4 (86-90fps on 1.14.4 vs 23-30 on 19w41a)

Launching again in 19w41a seems to have solved the problem, likely due to removed features while loading in previous versions.
