Sneaking in "toggle" mode makes player continuously fly downwards in creative or spectator mode

When you fly in Creative or Spectator mode, press the sneak key and have it set to "toggle" mode in the accessibility settings, you will keep flying downwards until you hit the ground or die in the void.
