The "select all" keyboard shortcut (ctrl + a) doesn't work on AZERTY layout

It has been the case for a long time but I never bothered to report it and here I am. I searched for the issue and found a similar one that was resolved a long time ago on Mac (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-102272) but none for this actual one.

Typically, whenever you need to select all text to replace, say, a server name or address, or select chat, you need to press CTRL + Q on AZERTY layout (as if it was in QWERTY).
