Cartain Animated Blocks/Textures/Notifications don't pause with Pause Menu

When pressing esc to go to the pause menu I noticed that some animated blocks/textures/notifications don't stop there animation. I have included a list below

Animated Blocks and Texture that Don't Stop when paused

• Seagrass
• Kelp
• Stonecutter
• Crafting Unlock
• Subtitles
• Advancement Made
• Campfire Fire
• Fire
• Nether Portal Frame
• Flowing Water
• Lava
• Flowing Lava
• Water
• End Portal
• Smoker (Cooking)
• Enchantment Glint

All you need to do to replicate is watch these blocks/items/notification while in the pause menu
