Seagrass on a Shulkerbox goes through the Box when Open

When I placed a piece of Seagrass on a Shulker Box I opened it up and noticed that the seagrass glitched through the box when it was opened.

Replicate

Place a Shulker Box Underwater
Shift Right Click a seagrass on top of the box
Open the Box
