Horses in Deep Water

Put the summary of the bug you're having here: When dismounting a horse underwater the players legs stay in the riding position.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would just dismount the horse like usual

What actually happened was...:
My characters legs were in the mounted position after dismounting the horse. I could not re-mount the horse or fix my legs position until i reset the world

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ... Ride horse into deep water
2. ... Mount horse while underwater (when the horse lowers its head and sinks) <- [may be another bug]
3. ... Dismount quickly (before standard dismount occurs)
