19w40a GrassBlock Top Is Gray

I wanted to play around and find out more about the bees and how I can use them when I'm building, but then when I was building with the grass block I noticed that the top of it was gray when you hold it in your hand, I searched it up and found it was a problem in 19w34a and it said it was resolved but it happens in 19w40a aswell.
