Minecraft subtitles say there's a minecart rolling and a bat taking off randomly

I made a new world and at first while looking around  (keep in mind I'm above ground) the subtitles said that a minecart was rolling nearby and then a bat was taking off, the problem is that this happened in both my house and a random forest far from my base.
