texturepacks break chest top texture

any texture pack (including programer arts) causes the top of the chest to render upside down.

how to copy

1. activate texture pack (programmer arts, and 1.14 texture packs)
2. place either echest or chest
3. you now have upside down top chest

Note: Texture used is Bare+bones, but i did check programmer art
