Item Selection And Destroy Items Bug

When I go into my inventory, I am able to do E to go in, but once I am in, I have to left click-hold the selected block and drag it into my inventory instead of just clicking the block and moving my mouse then clicking the hot bar for the block to go into the hot bar.

My second problem is that I can't shift/destroy when I want to remove blocks from my inventory. I have to click the item, hold it, and drag it into the X instead of shift/destroy.
