Issues with semi transparent blocks (Stained glass, Stained glass pane, Slime blocks, Ice)

The problem with all 3 of these blocks are, when they are thrown or viewed in 3rd person in a players hand, water, slime blocks, ice, frosted ice, and all forms of stained glass will not render.
