Bee hives and Bee nests drop themselves when broken in creative mode

When both the Bee hive and Bee nest blocks are broken in creative mode, they drop the block itself. This also ignores the Tiledrops gamerule, and will drop no matter what.

To reproduce:

Enter creative mode, place down a bee hive or a bee nest block. Break the block while still in creative mode.
