All animations for blocks are sped up

I entered my creative world in the latest snapshot and went to check on my aquarium and I saw something strange, the sea grass and kelp animation were sped up. Confused, I look around and then found a lava pool and the lava animation was also considerably faster. I would appreciate it if you look into it, thank you.
