Parrots can imitate pandas

The bug

Parrots still are able to imitate pandas (Subtitle "Parrot pants"), despite pandas not being hostile mobs (see MC-159513).

To reproduce

1. Spawn a parrot near a panda
2. Enable sub titles
   → The subtitle "Parrot pants" will appear
