Blue Potion particles when open world

How to reproduce:
1-Create a world
2-drink a non-instant potion (like insta-damage and insta-health)
3-Now, with the potion effect on, close the world
4-Open it again, now, you have blue potion particles.
5-Open your inventory to have normal particle coloring
