Block breaking animation moves with player angle.

When I break a block, the animation of it breaking is not centralized to the block.

What I expected to happen was...:
The animation would stay in the same location on the block no matter where I am facing.

What actually happened was...:
The animation would move.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Break a block in survival and move side to side while breaking.
