Animated Textures Are Going Too Fast.

In Snapshot 13w21a, I have created a texture pack with some animated textures. When I went on the new launcher (in development), I saw some of my animated textures were going much faster than it should be going, thus ignoring the config file I had made using a tutorial. It works for previous versions other than this current snapshot. Also I would like to add that my texture pack is not on the minecraft forums nor any website.
